The regulationsabout 3-d festival Moscow open are aproved and the winning prize has increased more than twice compared to 2006.
Organizars guarantee enough foreign professional chess players will take part in the festival. Open A games – first 20 boards - will be broadcasted in the Internet on-line!! There are more than 500 players in open „A“ and „B“ !!The best players

553 players take part in Open “A” and “B”: 56 grandmasters (7 women), 71 masters (8) and 68 FIDE masters (24)… The Russian players are the most numerous at the tournament – 501 chess players. There are 21 players from Ukraine, 4 from Moldavia, 3 from Azerbaijan; 2 from Uzbekistan, Georgia and Latvia… Twenty two countries take part in the festival.Yesterday in a blue sitting-room. Strict security near the entrance, tablecloths and tablets with players` names on the tables – all this appeared in the main hall after the start tour.   On entering the building there is a habitual frame which is ringing on and on…  The first day sensations authors didn’t hang their heads. Aleksey Aleksandrov explains Karpachev: “But what does the matter that “have plumped” – 8 rounds more fore. We can talk way out of!  Smirnov was also full of determination: Pasha examines his future victim!   Everyone is in a wonderful mood. Burmakin, Turov and the on-line chess king - Tkachev-senior. His second rival isn’t easy – young Misha Mojarov was very close to win Amonatov last year, and now he is going to crack a more hard nut!   Konstantin Chernyshev : “The scores are gained with wet and blood!”. Volodya Belov is ready to agree...  The fight!  On every floor of the tournament table…  In the hall # 2 the atmosphere is more common but the strain is the same!  And in the hall # 3…  The thinkers.  If you desire emotions, welcome to the evaluation hall! It is the very place where some great plans are being hidden under the grudge movement of wooden figures.  “And if I do that way?”  The commentary loge is always full of spectaculars.
